Cancellation Policy
At Fun Starts Here Rentals, we understand that plans may change. Please review our cancellation terms below:
Standard Cancellations
• 48+ hours in advance: Receive a full refund.
• Within 48 hours of the event: Subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows: The full rental fee is forfeited.
Weather-Related Cancellations
• For outdoor events, weather-related cancellations or changes must be communicated to us as soon as possible.
• Prompt communication allows us to make necessary adjustments.
• Failure to notify us in a timely manner may result in the forfeiture of deposits or fees.
We value clear communication and will always work with you to make your event a success.
Pickup & Delivery
We allow pickups as well as delivery and setup. Please note that our mini-golf and our Movie Night Package are delivery only.
